Adam Persinger Rolfing Structural Integration of Portland / Holographic Body

Adam is the best ROLFER I have ever had ever experienced. I trust his intuitive hands! I actually never like getting even massages because I don’t feel safe enough to be vulnerable yet his presence, care, compassion allows me to fully relax and be receptive during the session. If I lived in that state I would get sign up once a week for the rest of my life!

Ive had over 15 sessions with Adam. I leave every session with a more attuned body and mind. He has helped me with my basic postural awareness and alignment as well as helped me through acute and chronic injuries, including nerve pain. This last session was the best! i was in so much low back pain beforehand that i didn't think anything could help! 45 minutes into the session the pain was gone!! Adam is extremely experienced with myofascial work as well as a longtime meditator. For me this is a great combo as I feel held in spacious presence while we get some amazing work done with my body! Adam is an extremely talented Rolfer. Within 2 sessions he was able to alleviate the sciatic pain I had been experiencing for months...and after 4 sessions I was standing up straighter than I had since I was a child! (I'm 67) His work was professional and effective, and his demeanor was respectful and personable. I recommend Adam without reservation and with a great deal of enthusiasm!
