Tom is the best! My OS was going crazy and eventually my pc just completely stopped booting. Within an hour he had diagnosed the issue and I was on my way home with my computer working again :) If I have any problems in the future I know where to go!
I called Tom last night at 8:15 pm about my computer being in a boot loop after I installed a new CPU, the windows 11 install I had had somehow corrupted, I tried to fix it myself and couldn't, he showed up bright and early the next day willing able to help me get my compupyter out of the loop so I could go back into gaming, he helped me out so much and relieved so much pressure from my chest, I'd thought I'd bricked my gaming rig that I'd been slowly upgrading.
Now that the holidays are over i can get to writing this review. Tom is great at what he does and was a big help. My motherboard died in my laptop and with his help he built me a new pc. I had chosen most of my parts but he knew due to future upgrades and compatibility with parts to swap some of what i wanted for better upgrades. Some of which came at a Cheaper price too!
His turnaround times and rates are very fair i might add too!
