I took my gaming PC into 1201 on 8/13. It had randomly completely powered off and wouldn't power back on. The staff checked me in, gave me a service-time window and prices estimates. Within only a full business day, 1201 had tested the PC and found the issue. They provided me repair options but gave me honest opinions about the repair options. I decided to go with a whole new PC build instead due to it being a GPU issue.
