“I've brought Prescha, my little Havapoo who is the light of my life, to every place in town unfortunately, before finding this place. I was about to stop even getting her groomed because it was so hard on her, she'd be so stressed & anxious, that I worried about her heart & emotional health & when I picked her up, she was usually despondent for several days after, as if she were traumatized by the grooming! It was so hard that I made my boyfriend start taking her cause I got to the point where I just decided she couldn't be groomed anymore because of how sad it made her. THANK GOD I found Bubbles & Bows! Prescha is actually excited & calm when we go inside & are greeted by THE SWEETEST staff who actually recognize & remember her by name. I've since realized that the other places would lock her in a cage with a fan or blow dryer which is what terrified her so bad & they don't do mean things like that or anything if it makes your pup uncomfortable. They're so amazing with your furry loved ones! I honestly can't say enough good things about this place! They definitely don't charge enough for the services they provide & each of them actually care, clearly, about thier clients & thier work. “I called literally the night before on Saturday night looking for somebody to petsit my rats while I attended a play. She was accommodating and willing to take them in at last minute notice. We ended up finding someone closer in Ashland but will definitely be calling back if we ever need a petsitter in Medford. :) I was actually disappointed that we didn't get to meet her, but it didn't make sense to drive all that unnecessarily.“

“The establishment is tucked in the back but not difficult to find. I had the pleasure of working with Morgann for our three dogs, two of which just required baths and an undercoat blow out. Our French Brittany required a major haircut as we like him cut down so he doesn't get dreads, mats. He's 10 and looks like a pup again. So soft, all of them. She did a great job on all and their nails were done as well. Prices are reasonable and as with any establishment it depends on the condition of your dog when brought in, as well as what you want, need done. I would recommend giving them a try. I know I'll be going back when in town.“
