About Palm Harbor Village - Medford
Palm Harbor Village - Medford Oregon offers a wide range of housing solutions for today's consumers. As an innovator in systems-built construction, Palm Harbor Homes are built in an advanced west coast manufacturing facility, ensuring better-built homes, more value, and a more affordable price compared to on-site construction. The Palm Harbor Village in Medford (Phoenix, Oregon) delivers and services homes throughout the Northwest, providing customers with "More Home for your Money." The staff is highly regarded, with the new General Manager receiving positive feedback. Customers appreciate the knowledgeable and helpful sales staff, who assist in working within the customer's budget while remaining neutral. However, some customers have faced issues with the delivery of their desired home due to width restrictions. The corporate office, including the Director of Retail, is working to address these concerns, and the community expects to see more positive reviews as the General Manager continues to make improvements.
I have been working with this Business for about 4yrs, and they have been very accommodating, patient, and informative. Adam Angel is got to be one of the greatest people I've ever met, his lvl of patience is to be awarded with the highest acknowledgement and praise/ 1st place award. I recommend this place very highly and can speak from experience that they shoot strait and honest. Thank you all , and Adam you Da Man!!!!
I will be updating this at intervals. The staff speaks highly of the new GM. Always a good sign. My sales person has come in his day off to help. He is knowledgeable with colors and upgrades and design, helping me to work within my budget. But he also remains neutral enough that I don't feel he is overbearing. He is honest. The GM is also doing great work. He has been engaged in our particular issues with the county, and let me change my mind even after cashing the earnest money check. I expect to see many more positive reviews coming along here in the near future for Palm harbor as the GM gets more time to create better change.
Donna Wilkie, Director of Retail at the corporate office in Texas has supposedly stepped in to see what she can do. So far nothing good has come of that but lets hope she does something worth mentioning. Time will soon tell. Either way, I will come out here and update and or revise this review
