We have lived on our 12 acres for just less than 50 years. Over that period, we have called Sanetel Pump maybe a dozen times. So please consider this rating to be 12 times 5 stars = 60 stars. They have always been 'old school' in terms of service and really caring about their customers. This goes for the entire crew, as we have had the pleasure of meeting them all. And issues ranging from the smallest part replacement to a completely new submersible pump and filter. It is actually a very comforting thought, knowing that any water supply problems are simply a phone call away. Thank you so much!
