I've been coming here for over a year now. I came here at first for an implant and now i come for all my dental needs. The doctor is a great guy and knows what he is doing. The Hygienist is wonderful and the front desk is the most helpful and kind group I've ever had at a dentist office. They will be my go to for ever now.
The staff is professional, friendly, and experienced. They are honest and up front about all options and are a pleasure to work with. Since I have been introduced to this office I now have my entire family coming here for the exceptional service.
I hate going to a dentist, and used to have take Valium before even a cleaning visit. Since going to Ponderosa Dental Arts, I actually let him do a whole crown without any drugs (other than novocain). Dr Birkner and all the staff are friendly and competent.
