I was greeted by Sammi & Larrisa. Larissa was very efficient & explained the check in process with me, all with a smile. Tamie is amazing with children & all 3 of my children did great & did not feel nervous at all since she has such a warm personality to kids. Dr Shelby helped us understand the dental needs for my kids, & was very kind & gentle when working on them . Thank you for all the team for being professional & timely.
I had an exceptional experience. Starting out with scheduling, my last appointment was cancelled due to short staffing. Val reached out to me and got me a new appointment within 3 days!!! I was so impressed with how quickly she was able to get me a new appointment and made me feel important.
When I came in for my appointment, Larisa at the front desk got me checked in and out. She was so professional and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. She offered me items from the comfort menu which I really enjoyed. Her warm smile and great attitude made me feel valued as a patient.

Carrie Casper and her two assistants were very kind, sympathetic and responsive during my visit here today. I had a pretty gnarly abscess and infection. They made sure I was numb and comfortable before proceeding and popped that sucker out quick and painlessly. 10/10 would recommend this dental team to anyone. I think the whole staff deserves socks
