Our initial consultant, Steve always remembers us, listens and gives us an honest apprisal of choices to fit our need. He also coordinated an electric crew to work in conjunction with the job we had. We care for several homes and he remembers all of them. This time, Dustin G coordinated a crew through a challenging installation that took two days. He was focused,competent and a good communicator. It is not always easy to have workers in one’s space..He made it painless. We are cool again, just in time for a 98 degree day. Thanks to Cheyenne, office crew and supporting staff. Done! “Jason came out today to complete my repair and was so friendly and knowledgeable. I called in on tuesday and made an appt for next tuesday (soonest available in a heat wave!) but the office assured me they would keep me on a cancellation list if something opened sooner. Got a call yesterday that they could come friday (woohoo!!!) and then today, they called again and said Jason could come today! Of course i said yes (my house is 85 degrees DOWNSTAIRS!!) so of course I was excited and said heck yah! Within an hour my issue was fixed and Jason didnt try to talk me into things i didnt need.
