They moved the return, routed the condensation pipe out the attic and down the side of the house. They lifted heavy units into our attic, since that is where the old HVAC had been set-up and created a walk way--(the previous owners had a janky install). Jeremy was so knowledgeable. I called company in a bit of distress in the late evening based on a recommendation from my neighbor because my heat was out the week of Christmas… Jeremy called me back the next morning and had a service truck out to me before 9:30am and my heater was repaired in minutes. I needed a new condensation pump and he had that in his van so I didn’t even have to wait for a part to come in! He got the heat up and going before he left and my house was back to 72° with in 15 mins because my machine was more efficient with the new pump. I am SO THANKFUL I called the right company! Thank you so so so much for helping me have a warm Christmas!
