Jason came out today to complete my repair and was so friendly and knowledgeable. I called in on tuesday and made an appt for next tuesday (soonest available in a heat wave!) but the office assured me they would keep me on a cancellation list if something opened sooner. Got a call yesterday that they could come friday (woohoo!!!) and then today, they called again and said Jason could come today! Of course i said yes (my house is 85 degrees DOWNSTAIRS!!) so of course I was excited and said heck yah! Within an hour my issue was fixed and Jason didnt try to talk me into things i didnt need. Donovan was professional and wonderful to work with. He was on time, respectful and excellent at answering all my questions. He also took the time to explain the best practices to help keep our system up and running most efficiently to avoid problems later on. Really appreciated the service and working with Bens H&C!

Jason was very knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to answer and explain all of our questions. The weird noise is gone! Overall, we are very pleased with Jason's service. We definitely recommend Ben's Heating & AC!
