Kevin was simply awesome and very friendly, very informative about the furnace and AC unit. I felt like he actually wanted to make sure we were in a very good position versus just coming to do a service job.
Our gas furnace of 28 years old began to show signs of failure, so we decided to replace it, got bids, etc. The best explanation for options, and the best price, was by Anderson. We contracted them to do the job, which was done in a day. The furnace worked fine, but the internal circuit breaker popped occasionally. Steve, the owner, was quick to respond, and suspected the smart thermostat (intermittent problems can be hard to pin down), so bypassed it with a battery-powered thermostat, and the problem stopped. We are warm and happy at winter's start.
By far the most honest, reliable and professional folks we have used for HVAC needs. Local to the Oregon City area, they've installed a HEPA filtration system on to our Lennox, and in one day, replaced all of the duct work below our house due to mice getting in after the build, eating through the insulation. In fact, the next bid was more than twice Anderson's bid. Hiring them literally saved us thousands of dollars! I HIGHLY recommend this company, the people who run it, and the folks who work with them!!!
