I’m so grateful for the non gate kept knowledge these guys are willing to share. They know my problems and solutions before I do and are so patient in walking me through it all. Truly grateful, always my first and often last stop when I’m trying to control water.
We had our water pump go out while the fires were in our backyard and Joe got me the many, many parts just by looking at pictures! He explained how to complete the task as well and because of his tremendous help we were able to get it all fixed up despite not being plumbers or electricians! Him and his staff even entertained my son while we gathered it all! Appreciate all the staff we interacted with and definitely recommend!
These guys are top notch!! Extremely helpful and patient. Have been back and forth 5 times in the last 2 days. Everything works! I wish I had more things to work on so I could visit them again. It has been a pleasure. Thank you. Would give 10 stars if they would let me!
