Recently a message came up on my display screen that an oil change was required (even though by mileage I should have been good another couple thousand miles). Who knows if the company I went to previously actually used 100% synthetic though. I was recommended to Joe by friends and I always like to support fellow vegans whenever I can, so I scheduled an appt for this morning. Working with Fairbanks Automotive was such a great and honest experience. Joe communicates clearly, works efficiently, and left me feeling confident in his services and that my vehicle was being well cared for. His paperless system for authorizing repairs was easy to navigate and left me no questions about what work was being done on my vehicle. Will definitely be going back for any future repair needs.

I'm super impressed with Fairbanks Auto. Recently I had a car emergency, and although they were totally booked up, they still made time for me. After the excellent service I made another appointment for a bigger and more expensive issue. I was quoted a much higher price with another mechanic. Fairbanks was able to again get my car in immediately and get it working like new. I highly recommend
