There is no one we trust more with the care of our pets than Dr. Tsui and his team. His level of care, expertise, compassion and attention to detail is second to none. Our pets have been in his care since our first pet, over 30 years ago. From our first visit with a new puppy, to the incredibly hard sickness and eventual loss of our dogs, he was nothing short of amazing. I have referred countless friends and family to him, and will continue to so.
Dr. Tsui has been caring for our pets for over 30 years. He is tremendously knowledgeable and has a great "bedside manner" with our little kiddos. We also know members of his staff socially, and they all love and respect him. He's not only great at caring for his patients, he cares for his staff, too -- always teaching them and helping them advance in their careers. You couldn't find a better vet.
We have been clients for well over 10 years at NPVC and it’s because of the tremendous amount of knowledge, compassion, and respect we’ve experienced by all the staff. Our pets all love the staff; they are generally happy to visit and we appreciate the time and effort they take to introduce our pets to new spaces, treatments and/or tests to help build trust with them. When our beloved beagle, Stormy, passed away last year the staff was incredibly compassionate and supportive as many of them developed their own appreciation for Stormy and her sweet demeanor.
