Waterfall Clinic offers healthcare services with competent and compassionate doctors, including Dr. Patrick Dwyer and a provider named Kimberly Talley. The clinic has experienced some staff turnover, but patients have received quality care and appreciated the welcoming environment. Many have praised Kimberly for being very organized, thorough, and knowledgeable, providing exceptional care. The clinic also has a Veggie Rx program, which offers free vegetables to their patients, something that many families enjoy. Despite past challenges, recent visits have left patients feeling impressed and satisfied with the care they receive.
After almost four years of going from doctor to doctor to find competent, compassionate, and thorough care from a PCM with no luck, I am so grateful for finding Waterfall CHC! The registrars at the front desk, the Medical Assistant Taryn (did I spell that wrong?), and Dr. Patrick Dwyer were ALL kind, compassionate, and competent. I felt welcomed, not judged, and Dr. Dwyer and his team listened to me without making me feel rushed, offered exceptional advice and medical planning, and were respectful and so thorough. I am so very happy to have found you all!
WFCHC’s new provider Erin Weaver, ND is beyond amazing and they would be incredibly smart to do everything in their power to make sure she is happy and sticks around for a long while! I believe she is the only Naturopathic Doctor in Coos County. Her education is incredible. Her bedside manner is caring, informative and patient. She takes time to really hear my concerns and help me with a game plan. Her energy for health care and helping our community is untouchable. Her MAs are also very polite and kind. Waterfall doesn’t have a public comments box and this is why I am writing this here. Please consider a commentary box, you’ve been an established clinic for too long for this not be available to patients. We need more providers like Erin in this community, she is a blessing and then some!
