I have had 3 eye surgeries, so I was not thrilled to go to another Dr. I needed an exam to start taking a new medication. This Dr was VERY good. He went over every question and I had several. I will be going back for sure. They do need more help on the front desk though.

I have been seeing Dr. KITNER for se real years, and my visit last week, he finally determined my cataracts are "ripe".I have been waiting for that report from him.Every visit I have been treated with kindness & professionalism. I enjoy my visits to Dr Kitner and his staff.

This facility is always busy so they must be doing something right! I've had several procedures done here (cataract surgery and several laser treatments) and have been well treated. The staff are courteous, helpful and the medical staff equally so. Several specialists come in from other clinics to provide additional services. They take most insurance.There is ample parking and a large waiting area... which you will become very familiar with. Like most medical businesses it seems they chronically over book or under estimate so wait times can be lengthy. On average I've had to wait 45 minutes.I have not used the optical lab so cannot speak to the level of service... read full review
