What a great experience today at the PC Mac Shop! I always shop local if I can and I am so glad I did!I had never been in the shop but as soon as I stepped in the door I was welcomed and treated like my problem mattered! I'm an older no IT knowledge guy but Lee worked on my laptop with me and walked me through his process, as well as showing me how I could do some of it myself! When I got home I followed his teachings and it worked out just like he said! I am now a customer for life and can't recommend his computer store enough! They say Newport is the friendliest city and Lee and his computer store are one of the reasons why!

My laptop had an unfortunate run-in with a water bottle while on vacation and wouldn't turn on. I took it to Lee, not sure if he would be able to do anything before I had to leave town. He not only saved my laptop, but he did it quickly, was so kind and thorough, and seemed as pleased as I was by the outcome. I wish he could be our regular tech expert. Highly recommend!
