We had an issue with a leaking outdoor anti freeze valve. The staff at Lincoln Plumbing were very helpful in helping us fix the problem. This is a good company with competent employees and superior customer service.

It would be hard to overstate the help we recived from Lincoln Plumbing!
Without getting into a long story, I goofed up in scheduling and found ourselves with the demo done but no plumber.
Norman and one of the plumbers stepped in very last minute to get us the shower install we were doing for my 88 year old mother.

I just can't thank you guys enough.

After getting a huge water bill from the city, I was able to find the leak from a pipe between the street and the unit. I called Lincoln Plumbing and Norm helped me right away - giving me instructions on how to get the water shut off until he could get there. He came out the same day (it was late on Friday!) and we developed a plan to dig up the pipe and replace it. Dan came out Saturday and replaced the leaking pipe - it was not an easy fix due to the way the original pipe had been installed, not to mention it was cold and rainy. I really appreciated their responsiveness and professionalism. They are my only plumbing service from now on.
