I tried to schedule an appointment for my dog. The receptionist said she couldn't find me in their system so they can't see my dog. She suggested that I call one of the other vets in town. When I was like "what?" Then she said they aren't taking clients.

I stopped by to try and make an appointment for my dog and was told they weren't taking new customers. When I explained that my dog had previously been seen here, she looked it up and told me it was too long ago and refused to make the appointment. I will be happy to stay with Grove Veterinary Clinic since they have always seen my pets without question, for regular appointments as well as emergencies. Animal Medical Care will never see me again.

Great doctors and staff. They worked to get my kitty in asap after she hurt her paw. Dr. Brown is an experienced vet that knows his stuff. I am so thankful they are here in Newport!
