“We had an artificial turf project done and I have almost all positive to say about the whole experience with Ground FX.
Positive: (From all involved: Blair, Corey, Luis and the crew) 1. Talked, looked, acted and worked professionally 2. All were courteous in their interactions with me. 3. Completed the work within the time frame promised. 4. During the work process I had questions and Luis responded in a very timely manner. 5. The quality of work was excellent. 6. Project turned out better than I had hoped it would.
Negative: 1. They left our side yard ( their staging area) in a rough condition. This area was just gravel to begin with but when they left it was torn up by the tracks of their equipment. Could have smoothed it out a little.
But still overall I give them 5 stars. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
Update: As promised in their response, crew was out yesterday and dressed up our side yard. Great customer service. Thx“
