Tim Myrick of Advantage Real Estate recently sold our beachfront home In Newport. We had purchased the home with Tim Myrick's incomparable service in 2006. Tim is amazing! He knows the geology of the area. He has relationships with all the allied real estate businesses and professionals. Tim never gets upset and navigates all the ups and downs of the real estate transaction. Tim is a special pleasure to deal with. I couldn't recommend him any more highly.
