I have taken my 2 dodgs and a friendd's dog here regularly. Groomer obviously loves animals and does a fine job. It isn't the nicest looking facility on the outside, but what you want is a trained groomer who loves your pet. I'll keep going here for sure.

I was in town for a quick trip and got a massage from Dana, and it was incredible to say the least. I’ve been getting massage for over 30 years and she ranks right up there with one of the best LMT’s that I’ve ever received a massage from. She listened to what I wanted focused on and did a wonderful job of applying firm pressure and working out knots in my back, neck and shoulders. And she was extremely friendly and personable.

We worked with Sonja for a potential property purchase in Lincoln County. She was a great communicator and obviously knows what she's doing. She lined up showings efficiently for us while we were in town for a single day and made thr fact finding trip extremely valuable. I haven't been able to find a stylist that creates the perfect layers and colors my hair just right whether I want an all over color or beautifully curated highlights. I saw Nikki who is super nice and you just get that she knows hair. The space is bright, fun and you get an ocean view! So easy to schedule too. Highly recommend! They have a beautiful and clean shop which made me feel at home. The shop has a great location and has the best stylist around. Extremely nice and great price. I've been to every salon in Newport (and neighboring cities) and was very disappointed until finding "Hairs the Thing." The owners are awesome people who strive to give back to the community.
I went in to the salon in May and was scheduled with Heather. I needed my haircut short she did an awesome job. Everybody was friendly. The only thing is my hair is just a little bit longer than I wanted but didn't notice until I washed it at home. So I will need to go back to her, but I still rate this is a great salon, I have friends who have been with Heather for many, many years and are very happy with her.
Judy is the best! She cut and colored my hair for the first time and I'm thrilled! She got it exactly right. Better than right, the best color it's ever been and I'm a redhead so you know how tough that is to do. The second visit was even better. Couldn't be happier. I now have a standing appointment.
After having my hair absolutely butchered at the last salon I went to, I was super nervous about trusting anyone to touch my hair again. Jessica did an AMAZING job with me and my hair. She made sure I was super comfortable with what I was asking for and how much hair I wanted gone. Best hairstylist I’ve ever been to, I called super late in the day and Cynthia booked me an appointment immediately practically after closing, and made me feel so comfortable and helped me find references for what exactly i wanted! She somehow read my mind and her price was very very cheap, should be way higher!!! Was only $40 for a big chop, and I feel extremely confident and happy with the result, go here!!!

Newport plumbing did a fantastic job. From Scott coordinating everything and working with our schedules and the bad weather. To John coming out and replacing a lot of old copper pipe that was leaking and installing some external shutoff valves. This new setup makes everything so much nicer. Great customer service from both of them. John was very professional and made sure we knew exactly what he did and how it will all flow. We highly recommend them.

We had Alex come to our Roads End House on July 3 to install a motion detector flood light, inside dimmer switch, and to troubleshoot our bathroom fan that was not working. We thought that the combination bathroom fan and light would have to be replaced but Alex used his problem solving skills to repair the fan and now it works as good as new. Alex has excellent problem solving skills and people skills. We have continued to use Western States Electrical for many years because of the quality of of electricians and the head office always answers the phone so we can setup an appointment.

I fell down stairs and was completely out of alignment. I desperately needed to see a chiropractor and Dr. Adams office was kind enough to get me in the same day.

The Dr. is very thorough and Interested in more than just what hurts and that is appreciated. Dr.'s don't tend to be concerned with lifestyle anymore, which is the biggest contributor to what ails you! Receptionist was also super sweet. So I highly recommend Newport Chiropractic!
My German Shepherd normally loves everyone except veterinarians. I cannot believe how well the doctors handled her. She actually let one of the doctors examine her. They are so friendly and so good with everyone. I highly recommend these folks.

Rose is a very talented healer! I don't want to put 5 stars on yelp because I'm afraid she will become too booked for me to get in! She deserves 10 stars. I always feel better when I leave her studio, physically and emotionally. She doesn't do more than 2 massages a day to conserve her energy and the result is you get an amazing massage every time. She is a gem! I love the no talking as I can focus on meditation and getting the most out of the massage, feeling my body through her pressure.

Dr Anderson can take my chronic back pain away in a couple of visits. I have her on speed dial as soon as I do something bad to my back. I went to a chiropractor for 6 months and was always in more pain then when I got there.Dr Anderson also has many talents, so if acupuncture doesn't help or you have a phobia of needles, she has some other options too. Don't suffer, please check out her services. The best decision I have ever made.
