I worked with Jake and his team at WaterBear to assist with mold remediation in a crawlspace & attic. I couldn't have been happier with not just the work, but their overall level of professionalism. They worked well with my schedule to get the work done, and answered any questions I had along the way regarding the work (and I had a LOT of questions). We had water damage to our bathroom floor in the midst of this Covid insanity. We decided to go with WaterBear who offered very reasonable rates and knowledgeable and friendly technicians. We are extremely impressed by their honesty, integrity, above and beyond hard work and unflaggingly positive attitudes. Everything has been more challenging and stressful during these times, but WaterBear came through for us and we are so happy that we went with them. Special thanks to Tabitha, Daniel and Jake.
