The Oregon Clinic Gastroenterology South - Newberg

I have had good care here in the past. Only problem I have is the after hour answering center place. The people can be rude for no reason and hang up on you. So you really don't get no where with them. I would go to office directly or call the clinic 8am.

Every staff member was so kind and thoughtful. I felt like the only patient and not at all like a number. Dr. Reddy was not only quick, thorough, and gave great explanations, but she also went out of her way to comfort me while I was going under anesthesia. The nurse who checked me in was also fantastic. I wish I'd caught his name. He was so mindful, talked me through everything, and included small pieces of generosity such as tucking my cold feet into a warm blanket when I was cold. The procedure was so quick, so easy, and without anxiety. I highly recommend this facility.

Scheduling my procedure was challenging and I wound up being scheduled at Newberg which was not my first choice. That said, everything from check in to check out was easy and I was pleasantly surprised at the experience. Dr. Reddy and staff were thorough, completely professional and all very kind and caring.
