Great school, loving and fun environment with seasoned instructors. Blending styles from the past with a modern understanding of application. Great from beginners to old ninjas alike.
My Senseis are GREAT! Sometimes, I'm the only one in class! Hopefully, more people will join. They are thinkin' of includin' a 6:45pm Teen/Adult only class so I would not have to be stuck with adults with kids. I'm lookin' forward to that positive change!
Soaring Phoenix is well run by a wife and husband. (She outranks him :) )They are great with kids and not only have a family-friendly atmosphere, but encourage entire families to join. It is kept clean and well organized with good equipment and competent instruction. The emphasis is on self-discipline, respect, and fitness rather than being a highly competitive environment. There is also a "dragons" class just for 3-5 year olds. I started around the beginning of February 2015 and have thoroughly enjoyed it.
