When working with Vera, do make sure everything you’re expecting to be completed is written up in the final signed contract (despite any verbal agreements.) Also, please anticipate that the construction site will not be 100% cleaned up both during construction and at the end. “My experience with Sister Siding could not have been better and I recommend them for any finish carpentry or siding job you might have. I have had a lot of experience with all types of contractors and other remodel professionals. So many times, you run into those who overcommit and underdeliver, who don’t meet promised deadlines, who don’t even show up when they say they will. It can be so frustrating. NOT THE CASE WITH SISTER SIDING! I had them replace all my fussy 90’s trim and doors with Craftsman style. The estimate process was efficient and quick. The estimate itself was fair and reasonable compared to other estimates I received. Once I accepted, they had a team on site to begin work right away. They arrived early each day and worked hard until the project was done! Throughout the project, Luke Kelly – who managed my project – was in frequent communication. I never had to worry about a thing – they were one step ahead of me in getting my project done. I would never think of hiring anyone but Sister for any project I have in the future. I hope they keep expanding the types of work they do as I would hire them to do any/all remodel work if they wanted it. This is a team of relatively young people who blow older, experienced people out of the water with their level of customer service! I cannot recommend them enough!“
