If I could give ROC 10 stars, I would. We try to stay local with our business if at all possible.Claire went the extra mile with my husband & myself working with us when my not so old HP forced me to purchase a new computer. Everything went smoothly and I was impressed with how easy it was. Because of my "fat fingers", I pressed a key or keys on the new keyboard and locked the new pc up. Claire fixed the problem and now I'm off and running. And (in this day and age) not only did we get great customer service, but a fair price for repairs. Highly Recommend - they fixed a broken screen on my MacBook Pro and went above and beyond in several ways. Very fair pricing, excellent service. They are my go to. Can't recommend enough.

Dealing with Right-On was absolutely wonderful. They were quick, professional, and most importantly kind and courteous. My boyfriend fried his motherboard, and within a day, we had a new working computer with all of his data on it. Not only was the work done fast, it was affordable. We spent much less than we originally thought we were going to have to put into it. Super amazing experience and would definitely recommend/return.
