My wife's family lives in Newberg and as we were visiting I was hoping I could find a place to train. I dropped in to Impact Performance training and was immediately greeted by professor Bryan. I asked if it was ok to drop into a class and he said absolutely!Professor Bryan taught a few excellent techniques from DLR to X and taught in a systems based approach that gave different directions based on what your opponents reactions are. This is a great place to workout. The owners are fantastic. The coaches are knowledgeable and will walk you through everything. They can modify and scale to your fitness level. This is a true community.

Best gym ever. Joint mobility, range of movement. This is an outdoor adventurer or performance athlete's workout. Or, for the average person who wants to have healthy joints as they get older.
