Had Four Seasons come out to perform an AC tune up based on a glowing recommendation from some friends and extremely fair pricing. Really glad we did! Kyle, the technician, arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and gave us advice on maintaining our AC unit without trying to sneak in a sales pitch like many other companies do. The report that we received via email afterwards was straightforward, and again didn't include any recommendations to "replace this" or "upgrade that". I had a great experience with Four Seasons from start to finish. Amy did the initial assessment and was very responsive and helpful. She made starting the process easy.
Mike came to do the install, along with two electricians from Bear Electric, and did a fantastic job. They arrived promptly and got to work - even managed to talk down my grumpy neighbor who was complaining about noise right when they arrived (more to do with him then them), but they did try and move more quietly afterwards.
