I have a background in IT. My focus is networking but I have a lot of experience fixing computers as well. Whenever I Can't figure something out Robert is my secret weapon. He has fixed multiple desktop computers for me. Once my daughter was home from college and her laptop died with a really important term paper on it. We called Best Buy where she purchased the computer. First they lectured her about backing up her paper on a thumb drive or online. After about 45 minutes they told her to take the computer to their repair shop. They told her it was dead and she needed to buy a new one. She was in tears. I took it to Robert and explained the situation and he fixed it in a couple of hours. He's fast, he fixes things right and his pricing is reasonable. But the most important thing to me is his character. He is honest and fair.
