“I have been coming to this clinic off and on for the past 7 years. For initial diagnosis of my dog's heart murmur to recent care for his heart failure. Dr. Atkinson is very knowledgeable and caring as a physician. She has had great communication with my primary care vet as well. The whole staff is caring and kind. Today my visit stood out to me as going above and beyond. My dog has had a BP of 280 at his regular vet this past week so my primary care vet, along with a phone consult with Dr. Atkinson, started him on some meds. Today was the one week check in to see if his meds are helping. Jimmi suggested I bring him in earlier and walk around the neighborhood to keep him calm. Then Brooke actually brought all the BP instruments outside and we took my dogs blood pressure in my car with him on my lap. He was very calm and we actually got an accurate read. They truly go above and beyond at this medical clinic!“

“Have been taking my dogs to Sequoia around 10 years. My last 2 dogs were rescues & had horrible allergies & the vets did all they could to help keep them happy & comfortable. I wouldn't take my new puppy any place else! Also love the fact that my dogs could board at their sister clinic in Woodburn , & that they had access to my dogs health records so I knew that if there were problems, they would be dealt with quickly & I would be kept informed. Unlike other places, in the past, the staff at both places clearly love animals & do their best to make sure my dogs/ puppy have a good experience.“

I came to South Clackamas vet to get a second opinion, Not only did they quote me over $1000 less, when they actually removed the mass, they realized it wasn’t problematic and charged me even less than what they originally quoted me!

I called numerous times the day or surgery To check in on my pup, and they were so kind to me. The ladies answering the phones were so genuinely kind and willing to help answer all the questions I had. They didn’t treat me like I was an annoying nuisance (as was my experience with the other vets).

“I moved over an hour away from my vet and my niece takes her cat here and she loves them and so I took my cat that has FAD and other issues, this time her eyes. They're great and so caring and nice. My cat is doing so much better in just 3 days! I'm so glad I came here and we have a great new vet. This place is great!

Dr Henson is so awesome and great with both my kitties. Just took in my other car for a well visit and vaccine updates and Dr Henson is so good with the cats and she really cares about them. My other car had eye surgery a month ago and she did an excellent job! I'm so glad I found this vet and cat clinic and it's a lot closer to me which is a bonus! “We have four pugs and started transitioning our kids to Pioneer about a year ago and we could not be happier. They really take the time to listen to what we are observing in our dogs, they are always willing to let us add some care for our dogs that is not what I would consider the norm. We take our old man who is severely arthritic and has seizures to another vet for acupuncture and laser treatments. The only downside for us is that we live in Beaverton and the commute can be a little pain in the bum every now and again, but with the quality care and peace of mind we get...it's worth it!!“

“Called them about my dog having a emergency during puppy delivery. Dr Dax was in surgery but they called Dr Dod who was off that day. He met us at the clinic and delivered the pups safe and sound. I am so grateful to this clinic. If they hadn't been able to have me come in, I am sure I would have lost at least one pup or even the mom and all the puppies.“
