“Jeremy and his team installed a new HVAC and heat pump for us February 2022. Energy Savers was the most competitive quote out of 5 quotes. They did a fantastic job! They moved the return, routed the condensation pipe out the attic and down the side of the house. They lifted heavy units into our attic, since that is where the old HVAC had been set-up and created a walk way--(the previous owners had a janky install). Jeremy was so knowledgeable. He and his team were professional, very nice and hardworking. We could not be happier with the results. Bonus--the summer before when I called 10 companies on a hot summer day cause the air conditioner was freaking out---they called me back and a technician came over and topped off our freon--which extended the life of the old unit till February. Hands down a great company to work with.“

“I was assigned Clean Air Act through my home warranty company, American Home Shield. AHS is absolute trash and I immediately cancelled my service with them after this call. So why the great review for Clean Air Act? Their tech, Jayson, and their front desk person, Victoria, were the ones to help me navigate managing AHS so I could actually get my furnace fixed in a timely manner. Victoria helped me find an immediate slot for the next day for evaluation. Jayson came and diagnosed my furnace with a broken motor. My furnace is 20+ years old, so I asked him if I should just replace the furnace. I know this is a silly question to ask an HVAC company; OF COURSE they'll tell me to replace it as that's how they make money! But instead, Jayson told me very clearly NOT to replace the furnace and keep repairing it, since it was still in excellent shape and they don't make furnaces with such easy maintenance any more. Jayson also immediately submitted the request for the motor while he was at my house. He told me that AHS can be very slow to approve things so to pester them and they would order the part as soon as they could. I won't specify the number of ways AHS made this difficult as the review is not for them, but they did all they could to make it hard. However, Clean Air Act was able to get the part within a week and scheduled me for the next available slot. They came on time, installed the motor quickly, and had heat back on immediately. Excellent service, and would use them again to fix my furnace any time.“

“I first gave them a 2 star rating but after talking to Thoma Hymers I have upgraded. First he called me to talk on the phone to get a better understanding of why my review was so low. I explained the estimate that was given me was way out of line with the other estimates give me. It was a little of twice as high as the other estimates given me from other electricians. After explaining to me the work to be down required more than I wanted and what they exactly bid on was more involved I understood where they were coming from. He did not feel that the city would issue a permit for what I wanted. However, I had 4-5 other estimates from licensed and bonded electricians and they all said there would no problem getting the work permitted the way I wanted and it would work. I changed my review mainly because Thomas showed real concern about my review and to get my perspective.“
