Wait times for appointments are extremely long. The front desk staff are horrible. At least the ones I've talked to. They're incredibly short and unhelpful. They don't seem to care at all, and its not like I'm a rude person on the phone. Madonna especially should choose a different like of work. Probably something not customer facing. If someone goes unconscious, tenses their entire body, loses control of their bladder, and after regaining consciousness your heart rate spikes to 125 then drops to 49 is that a seizure or not. Because this place is trying to tell my wife that its not a seizure. Then what the hell was it. You cant just say you dont think it was a seizure and not tell us what it is. This place is a joke.
