Suzanne at Ashbea Property Management is a very professional lady. I have been renting from her for approx. 2 years. She is easy to reach if there is a problem that needs to be addressed or any maintenance that needs to be done , if she is away from her phone she will get back to you the same day even if it’s on a weekend. She addresses all maintenance issues promptly and won’t t leave you hanging for days.
