Called to have work done was told Ken would call me back that day or the next. No call back for so called 2 more times and left a message but still no call back. I have used them before and they were great . It's just rude not to return calls. They are our closest plumber and the community relies on them. If you are too busy just say so

Ken came out and replaced my water heater for me! He was quick to respond and gave me an estimate over the phone. Total fee for service was right in line with the estimate. Speedy repair (only took him an hour to drain and remove old unit and install new one!) and was very friendly in the process. 10/10 recommend Molalla Plumbing!Services: Water heater repair
