I would absolutely recommend Fyzical. I have gotten so much help going there. They know what they're doing. I've been going there off and on for about 3 years now, for various issues, and every time I end up feeling so much better and stronger. They teach you great exercises that really do help, provided you stick with them of course. The staff are very friendly, and I always feel relaxed when I'm there. They have great equipment, it's always clean, and I never feel too crowded. They really do go above and beyond to help their patients, and they will always be my first choice for PT.
