We were faced with some difficult buyers who requested our electrical panel be completely replaced. Jerry helped us determine that the panel only needed the permits finalized, made the necessary improvements to ensure it passed inspection and saved us from haveing to replace the whole thing! Jerry also went toe to toe with the home inspector who tried to call us out on code issues when they weren't legit! Thanks for saving us money and stress Jerry :)
