After reading some of these responses I do not think people realize that with bank owned property we as agents and contractors go in and ask for certain things to be fixed. Those requests are ultimately the banks decision. Some banks choose to make those repairs but want the lowest amount to fix them. As an agent there have been many things I felt needed to be fixed but Jolley or I were not allowed to fix them. People purchasing bank homes do take a chance that not everything will be fixed.
