We came to this cancer center recommended by our vet not knowing what to expect. First appointment I could already feel the compassion they had for not only my pup but the other animals as well. Giving all the options without the pressure of having any right or wrong decisions. We went all in with surgery and treatments and even though my dog has a bit of “temperament”😉 when it comes to doctors he always came out with a tail wag! Well we just had our 3 month check up and all good news! We have been able to enjoy another Halloween, 10th birthday party and football season together! Very appreciative for all they have done! I went in to this clinic because my baby was diagnosed with small cell lymphoma. The staff greeted me warmly and were very kind. They were very caring and sweet with my kitty and talked me through all the options. Dr Ross Luethcke was amazing and spent the extra time to ensure I was feeling confident with the decisions and talked me through all my questions and concerns. Sympathy and compassion are a must for me to feel confident with my cats treatment and they truly excelled.
If I could leave 10 stars, I would. From the moment I walked in I could tell that this place was different. It was calmer and cozier than any vets office I’ve ever stepped into. I was extremely scared and nervous; as my 13yo pom had never had any serious health issues and I found myself at VCSS for a consult to remove a lump on her liver. From Trish holding space for me to cry in the office to Dr. John explaining everything in words I can understand, I trusted them completely.
