Louie was great. He got back to me promptly, was nice, did the work quick. The rest of them, not so good. Told Stephen and the person i made the appt with, that I had a warranty. They did not tell Louie or ask for more info which created problems and annoyance for me aNd Louie. When i picked the car up, it was being blocked by other vehicles. I had to go back inside and then wait till someone else came out with keys.
My experience with the service department was as popsitive as any I've had anywhere. They were very communicative and knowledgeable, and they helped me to navigate the warranty and service contracts. I'm more than satisfied with the finished work on my jeep. Thanks to everyone at Ron Tonkin.
I had a smooth, fast and fair experience leasing a new Jeep Wrangler from salesperson Kilo and his associates. Kilo was willing to negotiate over text and phone first, which made it much easier for me. He was clear and responsive in communication. Once we reached an agreement, I came in and Kilo was able to get me into through a test drive and the transaction smoothly and quickly. I was in and out in about two hours total! Kilo also made sure the vehicle was clean and set up for me before I left. Finally, when I discovered the vehicle needed an oil change (it had been on the lot for a while), Kilo made sure I was taken care of with the service department.
