Professional, polite, knowledgeable, and didn't try to upsell me. In fact, he offered my alternatives that I could do myself that would be cheaper. I'll definitely go back the next time I need computer help. You should too.

Bill, the owner is a professional. Very willing to work with his customers, and has helped me with my computer twice with regular updates. It is a testament to the advantage of supporting your local businesses. I would by far recommend anyone take their computer here for their repairs.
