Nathan's prices were lower than the other two companies in the Milwaukie-Portland area, and he cleaned and dried our handmade wool rug within 3 days of when we dropped it off. He educated us about how the rug had been made and how he would go about cleaning and drying it, and that helped us to appreciate the value of the cost of that service. We also bought a high-quality waterproof rug pad from him, which he cut to the correct size for our rug. I will definitely take our other wool rugs to him when the time comes to clean them. As the owner, Nolan takes extreme pride in every aspect of cleaning your rugs or furniture. He also brings years of experience about all facets of upholstery and carpet. In 2020 we bought two beautiful, off-white matching couches for our living room and then we added a dog to the household. We thought we were going to have to replace the couches. Thanks to Nolan, the couches look brand new.
