Great respond time. They will take the time to come in personally if I have a question - to me, that shows how much they care. The area managers stop in intermittently to spot check and take pictures, this helps to show if things are not getting done or there is a miscommunication. Overall, impressed with our current cleaning team, follow up, and the professional communication with CityWide.
Marshall Fletcher (Facility Solutions Manager) has always given good bids on jobs, respond to all emails, and asks if we need anything or what needs to be improved. There is always good communication.
