The team is very consistent and does and excellent job keeping our center clean. Communication is high which is critical. The only opportunity area is often times our Janitor closet is not to the cleanliness standards of the rest of the center and when we are audited by the FDA they expect it to be as clean as the rest of the center. Cleaning out the mop sink each day and the mop bucket. Cleaning out the drain and the closet floor. We are very happy with our crew and the service they provide as well as the communication with our account manager who stops by frequently to check in. Great respond time. They will take the time to come in personally if I have a question - to me, that shows how much they care. The area managers stop in intermittently to spot check and take pictures, this helps to show if things are not getting done or there is a miscommunication. Overall, impressed with our current cleaning team, follow up, and the professional communication with CityWide.
Marshall Fletcher (Facility Solutions Manager) has always given good bids on jobs, respond to all emails, and asks if we need anything or what needs to be improved. There is always good communication.
