I just want to give a huge Thanks to the Central Point office for seeing my 10yr old son just before closing time on July 3rd!! He was diagnosed with Strep throat and was absolutely miserable and crying in pain. We were able to get his RX filled before the holiday. The Dr and staff were wonderful and so nice. Thank you very much, I appreciate you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Recent experience at Valley Immediate Care was satisfactory but not immediate. Everyone lately seems to have difficulty staffing for current demand. We were given an appointment time but waited an hour after arriving at the appointed time to be taken to the examination room where we waited an another hour to be seen.
I registered and was able to get an appointment early. The provider I saw was excellent and thorough. He even called me the next day to tell me something he’d forgotten to mention. Super glad that there’s some kind of urgent care to go to when my doctor is so scheduled out! Thanks
