It’s always been one of my dreams to put a pergola over my patio with a nice grape vine growing on top, and Scott made that possible! To say that the structure he put up is amazing would be an understatement. He did an exceptional job. Scott was very easy to communicate with, and offered a wealth of knowledge and guidance during the design phase. He has a very good eye for detail because truly, the pergola is immaculate. We found Tellurian Gardens on their website and had Scott out to our house to discuss our project. After several meetings and revisions he submitted a bid and the design was great. He sent us lots of pictures and worked with us to select colors, details and cool additional features like a metal planter with sword grass that picks up water off our covered kitchen. We wanted to build a bocce ball court on our side yard. Although he had never built one, he worked closely with us to design it and come up with an affordable cost. Scott provided us with a very detailed, firm quote that contained great detail. We discussed our desire to have a fixed price project, except for change orders. Many contractors are resistant to fixing their price, but he was very responsive and worked hard to detail all elements before we committed. Once we began construction although it was very wet, he kept the project moving forward through the mud bog during excavation. His crew was very friendly, polite and made sure things were cleaned up every day. They also worked with us as fixtures arrived, moving them into the garage. They even escorted an elderly neighbor through the project when she showed up unexpectedly when we were gone and wanted to take a look. Scott constantly communicated on progress and gave us plenty of time to address the usual questions and possible changes that arose during construction. His pricing on change orders was very fair and clear. Erin his wife takes care of the books and was very responsive when an error by our bank caused her bill to be slightly higher than we owed. We are thrilled with the result. It has totally changed our house, allowing us to spend tons of time outside and creating a great space to entertain groups from 4 to 40. We are very happy we met Scott and his wife Erin and are very satisfied customers. Scott and Erin are great examples of the kind of creative energy which can be brought to traditional businesses. We highly recommend them and urge you to take a look at their work.

We had a challenging and comprehensive job for Tellurian Gardens, which included a stacked natural stone wall, permeable-paver patio/drive and complete overhaul of our landscaping. Scott and company were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The development of the design was fluid and thorough with a lot of back and forth. The execution of the final work was professional. We are more than pleased with the results and look forward to continued work with TG in the future.
