John was very helpful. He is very personable and friendly with a great emphasis on detail. He took care of my hard drive issue straight away. Dropped computer off in the morning and picked it up hours later. Great. Highly recommended! 5 stars all the way around.

I highly recommend John of Tech Aid for any computer or electronic-related repair/service. He was easy to reach by phone and it was super easy to schedule an appointment. He was punctual, polite and patient, answering every single one of my questions in a "non-tech" manner that was easy to understand. He assessed the problems quickly and had them resolved shortly after. In this first visit he worked on a computer, TV, Roku, and printer, it was amazing. Additionally, his fees are very reasonable. John is definitely going to be our new tech support person moving forward. You can't do any better than Tech Aid.

My computer had been 'down' for a week when I called John with hopes he could help me...Even though he had a busy day, he made time to drive to my house and fix my computer!!! I am very happy to have found Tech Aid and while I hope to not have lots of issues in the future, it's great to know and trust someone to call if I do! THANK YOU!:)
