Let me start by saying, the ladies that work there at the front desk are a delight! I have been trying to get ahold of them for months now and they won't answer my calls, call me back, or get me info that I need. I did my appointment and got approval of my updated med card in January and am still waiting to hear back on what happened to my card and where it's at.. I don't know how else to get in contact with them, due to them not seeming to have a website or am I just not seeing it? I am very dissappointed!

In the past they were great. Very quick and efficient. But.... this year I paid them $305 and they did the appt but I have yet to receive any paperwork, impossible to get anyone on the phone. Feels like an exit scam.

I had a renewal recently, I called to schedule an appointment because my primary provider signed my renewal, I let staff know 3 different times that my primary provider signed my renewal , they still proceeded to make an appointment for a new client refused to listen to what I said the doctor ignored what I had told her she told me I didn't need my doctor's signature just a release pushed me through the appointment ignored my already signed doctor's recommendation and charged me for a new patient and ended the call , I then got online the ommp site to see if they had done anything on my card and after a week uploaded my own documents without any of the help from southern...read full review
