Thank you. I have had a great experience over the last 10 years with Alvin Dr Anderson and Dr Pett. Appointments are getting harder to book due it seems due to the increase in younger patients in need of the same services. I was told to try to make my future appointments on a cancellation basis and will hope for the best...?

Went to walk-in clinic today for poison oak treatment. It was GREAT. Quick check-in......quick but thorough Q&A from nurse and promptly saw Dr. Wills who prescribed pills and ointment. Probably 35 minutes, start to finish. Everyone was professional, cheerful and helpful.

DENTAL needs to do their job better. After months of dealing with teeth (2 tooth) infections even after getting root canals done, I had to get insurance through the state this time to see a specialist as my private insurance money for the year was used up... Any who, I'm few weeks away from having my baby and get told from the dentist and staff at Siskiyou Dental that the insurance I have from OHP can be seen by Endodotics and that many other patients from Siskiyou have been referred with the plan that I currently have, just have to wait 2 weeks or so for the authorization from my insurance end. I call today as it's been about 2 weeks, and turns out the Endodontics only accepts certain plans under OHP and my plan is not one of them. YOU'd think that even a low income dentist would actually look over my insurance correctly before sending over the referral and waisting my time for 2 weeks with a nasty infection in my mouth.
