    I would highly encourage anyone seeking a professional accountant to look elsewhere. My spouse and I have used Pam for three tax years to help us complete and file our taxes. The first two years were fine, we had no complaints, and she would respond to our questions. However, this most recent year she provided TERRIBLE service to us. I needed a status update and had to call every single day for a week and a half before I received a response (mind you this is after tax season). And, I suspect she accidentally answered the phone.
